Accessibility

What access is available for those with special requirements?

We will be running a range of Access for All sessions during the Dinosaurs of China exhibition. Find out more about what's happening in our events section.

Access for All gives visitors with additional needs the opportunity to visit at quieter times with reduced visitor numbers guaranteed for the enjoyment of all. For more information, or to discuss your needs email wollaton.hall@nottinghamcity.gov.uk

At Wollaton Hall there is lift access to all the exhibition gallery floors and toilets. A ‘Changing Places’ toilet and height adjustable changing bench is available near the Stable Courtyard Cafe in Wollaton Park, users are requested to bring their own slings and register before use with site staff. At Lakeside Arts the exhibition is on the ground floor and has access level toilets.

There are designated disabled car parking bays at both venues: At Wollaton Hall these are located next to the main entrance to the Hall and in the car park next to the Stable Courtyard. At Lakeside Arts disabled car parking bays can be found in Lakeside’s main car park in front of the Djanogly Art Gallery and by the lake.

To book disabled parking at Wollaton Hall email wollaton.hall@nottinghamcity.gov.uk or call 0115 876 3100
